We know finding the right period product takes time. Your body is unique, and it can take a few cycles before you know what works best for you. That's why you get a 90-day (f)love guarantee on your first purchase – so you can try our products completely risk-free.
What the guarantee covers
The (f)love guarantee applies to used products tested in line with the terms. For unused products, the right of withdrawal and the return policy for unopened products apply – see further down.

What to keep in mind

Bundles and DUO
- Bundles with several pairs: the guarantee covers one pair. The others must be unused and unopened.
- DUO menstrual cups: both cups must be returned together (not just one).
- Our tip: try one pair first and keep the rest sealed until you know it fits. That way the unopened ones are covered by the full return policy – and the one you try by the guarantee.
The legal bit – without the fine print
Unopened products – 90-day returns
Unopened products with the seal intact can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. You pay the return shipping.
Right of withdrawal – 14 days
When you shop with us online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. To use it, send us a clear message that you are withdrawing, for example via our contact form or using the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
If you use the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping yourself. We refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have documented that they have been sent.
Important exception for hygiene products
Period underwear, leak-proof underwear and menstrual cups are hygiene products delivered sealed. Under section 22 (n) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, the right of withdrawal lapses once the seal is broken – even if the product has not been used. This is because, for hygiene reasons, we cannot resell products once the packaging has been opened.
In practice this means:
Unopened package with the seal intact: full right of withdrawal for 14 days – extended to 90 days with us.
Opened package: no right of withdrawal. But the (f)love guarantee still gives you a full refund on one used unit per product type.
Damage and faults
Check your order when it arrives. Contact us right away via the contact form if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, and we'll find a solution. For faults or defects we of course cover the return shipping.
Exchanging sizes
Wrong size? Get in touch via the contact form with your order number and the size you want, and we'll help you.
Refunds
We'll let you know when we've received and checked your return. Approved refunds are paid within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase. It may take a few extra days for your bank to process the amount.

We're confident in our products. They are tested, safe and made from materials we would want against our own bodies. At the same time, we know the switch from pads and tampons to reusable products can feel like a big step.
